The Conference of ESIL Interest Group on International Legal Theory (IGILT) and the University of Tartu 'The Approaches of Liberal and Illiberal Governments to International Law: A Conference Marking 25 Years since the Collapse of Communist Regimes in Central and Eastern Europe' was held in Tallinn, at the Estonian Academy of Sciences, on 12-13 June 2014.
Russia in the WTO
In the framework of joint working group with several Russian national producers INCLARC experts started an analytical project concerning examination of support measures allowed in the World Trade Organization. Such measures should be developed in accordance with existing practice of dispute settlement in WTO and based on comprehensive analisys of interests of the parties concerned.
